We want you to love your hoodie! You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

• Made-to-Order: Since each hoodie is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind — please double-check the size chart.
• Exchanges: If it doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days. Place a new order for the correct size, and we’ll guide you through a refund or store credit for the original item.
• Damaged or Defective: Got a defective or damaged hoodie? Send us a photo within 14 days, and we’ll replace or refund it.
• Lost or Delayed Orders: Reach out, and we’ll work with Printful to fix it.

Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags, and in their original packaging. Return instructions and labels will be provided once approved.

Our products are made with quality materials designed for comfort, durability, and style. Care instructions vary slightly by product type.

• Tops (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): Machine wash cold with like colors, turn inside out to protect prints, tumble dry low or hang dry, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on prints. Some shrinkage may occur for 100% cotton items.

• Mugs: Hand wash recommended to preserve prints. Dishwasher safe on top rack. Microwave safe unless otherwise specified. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals.

• Bags (Canvas, Tote, Drawstring): Spot clean with mild soap and cold water. Cotton canvas can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and air dried. Avoid bleach and prolonged soaking of printed areas.

Tips for all products: Handle printed surfaces with care, avoid harsh chemicals, and air dry when possible to maintain quality and shape.

For wearable products such as hoodies, t-shirts, and sweatshirts, some items run small, so we recommend ordering one size up for a comfortable, relaxed fit.
