- Damaged or Defective: Got a defective or damaged hoodie? Send us a photo within 14 days, and we’ll replace or refund it.

• Tops (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts): Machine wash cold with like colors, turn inside out to protect prints, tumble dry low or hang dry, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on prints. Some shrinkage may occur for 100% cotton items.
• Mugs: Hand wash recommended to preserve prints. Dishwasher safe on top rack. Microwave safe unless otherwise specified. Avoid abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals.
• Bags (Canvas, Tote, Drawstring): Spot clean with mild soap and cold water. Cotton canvas can be machine washed on a gentle cycle and air dried. Avoid bleach and prolonged soaking of printed areas.
